• • A comment letter to the Mayor’s Housing Action Plan 2.0 (where we supported onsite low income housing in North Park development projects)

  • NPPC comemunications updates:

    • New NPPC website online since April

    • Providing hybrid in-person/online options for all meetings

  • St. Augustine High School’s 5-year review of conditional use and conformance (We looked at concerns around traffic congestion, agreement use conformance, and installed speed bumps, reduced speed limits, and facilitated promises on better outreach between the school and community on large event dates and the school’s track field open for public use)

  • Dedicating the St. Augustine High School gym as a unique and hallowed site (to commemorate the PSA airplane crash on Sept 25th, 1978 with a plaque and event)

  • Switzer Canyon’s stormwater infrastructure scope changes

  • Approval/rejection of converting various parallel parking spaces 

  • Stop sign installations

  • Cell tower installations and refurbishments

  • Conversion approvals for various homes, condos, and apartments
